HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?

we aim to pack and post all orders within 24 hours. 

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

standard shipping usually takes between three to five business days, depending on where you live, but may take up to seven days for some destinations.

express shipping takes approximately one to three business days.

once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track it on the auspost website or app.
