we're happy to process returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact and original packaging included (where applicable).
exchanges are subject to availability.
customer covers return shipping, we'll cover shipping for the exchange item.
REFUNDS
refunds are not available for change of mind, sizing issues, or unwanted purchases.
we will only issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- the item received is faulty or defective, or
- you received an incorrect item
if this applies to your order, please contact us at info@fervbyj.com.au or DM us @fervbyj with your order number and clear photos. we'll arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund once your request is approved.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@fervbyj.com.au or DM us @fervbyj with photos. we'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
