SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Australian Shipping We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. All orders include tracking.
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location.
New Zealand Shipping
- Flat Rate — $20.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
