How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

standard shipping usually takes between three to five business days, depending on where you live, but may take up to seven days for some destinations.

express shipping takes approximately one to three business days.

once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track it on the auspost website or app.

Where does Ferv by J deliver?

How much do I pay for shipping?

we offer free shipping on all orders over $80 within australia with the code ‘freeship’.   

all orders under $80 within australia incur a flat $5 shipping fee.  

we offer express shipping on all orders within australia at a flat fee of $10.  

we offer international shipping on all orders at a flat fee of $30.  

What shipping options do you provide?

We ship all items with Auspost standard/express shipping.
