Here’s how our exchange policy works:

Size Exchanges Only
Need a different size? No problem — as long as we have it in stock, we’re happy to exchange it for you. You’ll just need to cover the shipping costs both ways.

Out of Stock?
If the size you need isn’t available, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process the exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know ASAP. We’ll cover all shipping costs and make it right.

No Refunds
We don’t offer refunds, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always happy to chat. Just reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
