How will I know if you received my order?

when you place an order on fervbyj.au, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address (don’t forget to check your junk mail). if you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer care team at info@fervbyj.com.au or dm us @fervbyj and we will send you the order details. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

if your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please send an email to our customer care team at info@fervbyj.com.au or dm us @fervbyj. if the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. we cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering. 

 

I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?

please email info@fervbyj.com.au or dm us @fervbyj right away. if your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. if it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and attempt to redirect your package.

All of our items come with a care label. We strongly recommend following these instructions.

 

How fast will I receive a reply to my inquiry?

we aim to answer all e-mails and instagram enquiries within 24 hours, but normally faster than that. we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. 

WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

If the item/s you are looking for is completely out of stock, you can follow our Instagram for updates (@fervbyj) or contact us and we will do our best to assist you. If you reach out to us, we will be able to tell you when and if we expect a re-stock.
