Our sales, delivery, and return policies
All sales are final and are subject to our returns policy. We reserve the right to refuse change of mind returns. However, if you have an issue with your item and wish to make an exchange/return, please contact us at info@fervbyj.com.au. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will do our best to facilitate your issue.
Please note that shipping costs for item exchanges will fall in the hands of the customer.
With respect to faulty products, we operate under the guidelines of the Australian Consumer Law and our procedures will be subject to said laws. In short, you may be able to return an item as a result of it being faulty, but we please ask that you get in contact with us at info@fervbyj.com.au so that we can best facilitate your issue.
With respect to item delivery, we will primarily use Australia Post for our orders. If your shipping address is within a reasonable distance from our office, we reserve the right to personally deliver the item. This delivery method will be at our discretion and we aim to have your item to you within 48 hours.
